Refund policy

A refund policy is a set of guidelines that outlines the process for returning items purchased from an online store. At our online store, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product and we want to make that process as easy as possible for you.

Returns:

We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased from our online store. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@missbestore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and then place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@missbestore.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Note:

This refund policy applies only to items purchased directly from our online store. If you purchased an item from a third-party seller, please refer to their refund policy.
